This is the website,the homebase,and fortress of Project Prizrak.

Prizrak is a russian word which means "Wraith" or "Ghost"

I,GunDownGrace,am the website leader.I am availible for commisioning (ill do my best but it might require more than one try).Any commision requests will be arranged via my business email,halo_ring_world@hotmail.com

The main purpose of this website is to facilitate the livelihood,I.E. the safety,of the members of project.And as such use of this website means agreement to the website terms which are as follows:

1First Amendment.

No form of discrimination is tolerated.It is illegal here to discriminate based on race,religion,creed,Gender orientation,age,wealth status,national location,fame,or previous vendettas from other websites

2.Second Amendment

Forum members have a right against unreasonable search & seizure of works,hence in the future when there are other administrators they are not allowed to frisk forumites without good reason

3.Third Amendment

For All intents and purposes,I,Grace Ann Ashcraft am the Overlord of the website..I pay the website fees and such,ergo,i reserve the rights to enforce the website's laws,i can also choose to bend them in the rare case that such a situation arises as a bending of website laws is required to fix.I also reserve the right to change website laws when i have good reason

3.1 Third Amendment Addendum

My Sibling,who shall henceforth be known as Spoda.Is also Overlord of the website.She mainly advises me but she has the same powers over the website that i do.

4.Fourth Amendment

General Anti Obscenity Law

4.1. It is illegal within website Premises to post material of a pointlessly violent and/or gory nature

4.2 It is illegal to post material of a Pornographic nature

4.3 It is illegal to post material and/or act in a way that asserts literal or figurative domination of one nation over another.Henceforth in example:

4.3a. A person from The United states may not peddle Propoganda to assert there dominance over someone from a different countrie who is in a smaller and/or weaker country.This also works both ways,and henceforth there shall be no acts of a similar nature against a united states resident

4.3b. This may or may not apply in certain special cases.Such as sporting events,video game competition,movie fan ship,and so on.Though for this special status to apply the material must obey the other website laws and receive the blessing of one of the website overlords

5. Fifth Amendment

With the captain obvious exception of the website overlords,everyone is the same here,from the most inventive and prolific to the most newb.And henceforth NO one is allowed to opresss another person on the website via the basis of "having been here longer" etc.

6.Sixth Amendment

Project Members may make requests from other project members for help with there own works,within reason and allowing for other work loads

7.Seventh Amendment

In the future when there are additional moderators,which will all be beneath the website overlords.They will follow the website laws the same as everyone else,and will be reprimanded (or banned in extreme cases) if they fail to follow these rules,no moderator is above the law here

7.1a. There may be in the future "Sub-Devs",which is to say,people who assist in developing the projects works,they will follow the 7th amendment as well

8.Eighth Amendment

There shall be no Harassment of any kind,by anyone.This also applies to specific targeting by any future moderators or sub devs as it were.Which is to say,a moderator or sub dev may not use any justification they can think up to take it upon themselves to specifically go after someone on the website.

8.1a. Henceforth,as you've already guessed by now,yet it needs to be codified.No extreme Bias is allowed

8.1b. This also extends to a prohibition against conflicts of interest

9.Ninth Amendment

Political & Otherwise debates are fine as long as they obey the other rules and maintain a civil nature.If they spiral out of control however the usurpers that caused the derailment will be identified and repremanded inturn.

10. Tenth Amendment

If in the Extremely odd case that Developers or Moderators from other websites wander over to this one somehow,this will place them under extreme suspicion.As these individuals are more likely than the general populace to cause trouble and/or violate the rules.And as such any postings or material by these individuals will be subject to a nearly draconian level of scrutiny

11.Eleventh Amendment

No Re-use,Reproduction,Reprinting,Usurping,Theft,Or reverse engineering,Or modification,Or manipulation of works belonging to the project members is permitted without prior permission in-line With United States Copyright Law

12.Twelvth Amendment

In regards to posting of any copyrighted works on the website,they shall follow this,which is United States Copyright Law regarding "Fair Use":

17 U.S.C. § 107

Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 17 U.S.C. § 106 and 17 U.S.C. § 106A, the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright. In determining whether the use made of a work in any particular case is a fair use the factors to be considered shall include:
